- A definite plus – technologically-oriented, or with a predisposition for learning the technical side.
- Another definite plus – familiarity with other languages and cultures.

We don’t require any annual, monthly, desk or other recurring fees of our agents. We typically get a maximum 25% of all sales commissions from our new agents on a sliding annual scale, and we can customize compensation plans for experienced agents.
